Ruby Island

Does anyone know how to trigger the quest about ruby island? im done with the bronze island and im stuck with 2 majira keys and the part where there is no work for me at the addenfall ranger base

You have to get to Celia City before you can start the quest specifically Celia North

You need to find a new leader for the ranger's North Cellia branch. After talking to them, go and help out Clarke, who will be at a building in the southeast. Afterwards tell Clarke about the position at the ranger's guild and normally proceed with that quest until they move into the old building in Cellia central. They will give you the Ruby island quest then.

How do you do this part? I've talked to Clarke after helping them out however all it says is the same thing over and over again, "What do you want, [NAME]? Haven't you already seen me crumble enough?"
