Can I catch a gastly somewhere

I am right now on Tanzan Cove, defeated Noel. Is there a place where I can catch a gastly?

Not at your progress, you can catch a Gastly after the 16th badge. The only other option is to get lucky with the mystery egg which can have Gastly (out of 18 options)

You need rock climb to catch one it's on the upper part of route 4 if you didn't get it from the police Mystery egg

Headbutt you have to learn naturally though

Druddigon learn rock climb by leveling up, and it should be obtainable as a TM. BTW, I have a spare gastly, pls inbox me if you want to trade it with me.
