Have Anyone a spare Poipole (Modest Nature and perfect IV) to trade? And if anyone has it, could you teach it Dragon Pulse and Sludge Wave or Sludge Bomb?

It's going to be incredibly difficult for you to find one with perfect IVs as it can't be bred or caught in the wild, there's only one in the game.

 

Mine is 25/30/31/31/8/31 and Shiny.

 

I have a couple of it if you want one. I can give it both Dragon Pulse and Sludge Wave. Would you like any specific item to go with it? Life Orb or something?
