Blue moon ice cream in Agate circus

Currently locked out of Reborn, and I can't for the life of me get the Blue moon option from the Vendor after a 1000 tries. Can someone please lend one to me?

Why do you Need one immediatly? Like for what? but you usually should get one every 30-35 buys

Currently defeated Terra, and I need one for Titania. Also I meant the ice cream seller and not the vending machine. Can you help pls?

What is your online trade nick? I have a spare Blue Moon Ice. Just trade a trashmon to me, nothing important.

Just remember BEFORE going to where titania is... To deposit ALL *other* ice creams (vanilla, choc, strawberry) and all types of candies (salty taffy pop rocks cotton candy etc), inside the PC. Or else you won't have the option to hand over the Blue Moon. Just like the Nyu's house with Pikachus.

Yeah, I deposited the ice creams, the taffies, the peppermints,the chewing gums and the Red hots. Only kept the Blue moon.
