aventurine woods Heracross-Pinsir Aftermath

Okay, so I caught a Heracross in a small section by the Silver Powder. But now I put Honey and trees up in North Aventurine Woods and no Pinsir or Heracross are appearing.

 

So I guess my question is this:

After you catch Heracross or Pinsir, do they no longer appear at trees spread with Honey?

 

((And if so, is there a way for me to UN-save what I just did??))

IIRC you can only catch one of those at that moment, although both of them will presumably be available to catch later in the game for the sake of completing the Dex

They should still appear to clear logs and webs but you can only get one of two there, if you really wanted the other right now you could go back a save or wait till later to catch them wild on

Thanks for the help! It took a bit longer than usual, but they did eventually appear to clear away more obstacles.
