Anyone know what is that area? It's locked, so iknow that i don't have the key for it. Where could i get it? i'm suprised that i missed this in my previous playthrough.

You need to donate and build the train-station in Reborn, then you get a quest from a tech-guy below the Grand Hall to go here. Reward is Z-crystal and Mega-crystal
