how to transfer save file from mac to pc?

i want to transfer my game to my new pc from my old mac, but i dont wanna make a new save

I assume that the savefiles are the same for pc and mac.

So you need to find the folder which hold game.rxdata .

The internet told me it could be found under  /Users/<username>/Library/Application Support

but I'm not too sure where it is on mac. 

Then transfer it to the same folder on your pc, or simply the entire folder.

so i just put the save file onto the downloaded reborn folder on pc then?

Nope in a pokemon reborn folder in saved games. You can make yourself or start the game and save one time so the game creates it for itself and then put game.rxdata in it and replace the one inside with yours. 

Also saved games are found under Users/"username".
