Time of day for Shroomish?

Been looking in Upper Route 4 where my encyclopedia has marked. I saw a guide saying to look in the areas where the field says "trees abound", but I've looked for hours on different days/nights for it and no luck.

It's one of the last ones I need for my dex, and I really want to finish everything without trading, so if anyone has any idea if it's dependent on time of day, please help me out!

Field needs to say The field is a shroud with trees OR Adieu to disappointment and spleen when first entering combat

Alright, guess I've just been really unlucky then.

If it helps, bring yourself a Pokémon with the ability “Illuminate” as your first place. Doesn’t really matter if the illuminated mon fainted or not.

 

Basically outside of battle, wild encounter rate increases to 100%! (Cause actually kinda hard to constantly find wild Pokémon in reborn grasses.. unless that’s just me)

Yeah, I've got a whole box of shinies from doing that here, so I figure the Shroomish is bound to turn up eventually.
