Can't get out of the Pokemon Center in Kakori Village

So uhhmmm....

I got defeated in Aquamarine Cave and then got into the Pokemon Center of Kakori Village. When I tried to get out of the center I just walked through the walls and couldn't get out of it. I'm still stuck in it, but I can talk to the girl in the center and heal my pokemon too. 

 

Does somebody know what I could do? I want to continue playing so bad.

hey if you were to use one of your back ups before you lost your battle how far back would that be?

I'm not sure, but I think it's not too far back.

I just used a backup and it's really not far back. Thank you for the help
