GingerBoss Posted January 2, 2019 Share Posted January 2, 2019 Last time I saw the difficulty guy he was on the route to GDC gate, forget what number that is. He is either inside or right before entering Darchlight Forest, though when I talked to him he didn't give me the option to change my difficulty.
