Help with side quest

So upon completing V11 storyline, I came across this abandoned shack which you get the key for just south of the labyrinth place (sorry I've forgotten the name). However when I put the key in the lock and it broke. It says I need to find someone to repair the key. Now with the whole remodelling of cities and the map, I can't think of anyone or anywhere to get the key fixed. Can someone help me out?

You can repair it in a place called Larry Locksmith’s Plaza. It’s in Akuwa Town.

Thanks  Any ideas where I can find a light clay without scouring the game for any unused mining rocks?

It can be bought in the second floor of the GDC department store.
