Has anyone seen Dwebble?

Trying to get a Dwebble to teach it Stealth Rocks and breed it onto my Forretress.

Can't find the little rock crab though. I've tried smashing rocks under the Staircase, and in Apophyll. I've ran around Tanzan too and can't seem to find him.

Anyone seen it somewhere?

EDIT: Hour of rock smashing, no Dwebble. Post thread, find Dwebble immediately. Ignore this o.0

So you found him in a smashable rock? It wasn't clear.

I found him inside the smashable rocks in front of and around the Apophyll Academy, which makes sense, because you are on a beach, and looking for a hermit crab.

wtf i smashed like 50 rocks whitout result on that spot

Yeah I found him in a smashable rock in Apophyll. Not sure if the exact location is relevant but it was in the training grounds where you first meet Kiki.

@Str: I know the feeling, and I remember you posted in a thread a while ago saying it was definitely not in Apophyll. I guess he's a little rare.

Yeah i found mine in the training grounds too. I'm curious if it is a semi-event pokemon though? has anyone caught more then one?
