Blue Moon Icecream in Agate

I’m trying to get the Blue Moon Icecream for Titania but the only place to get it right now is in Agate from the vendor.  Do I need to reset rhe game each time I talk to the vendor to possibly the , change the date on ny computer, etc.? Or can I just exit ge menu and talk to him over and over for the chances to reset?

I believe the vendor is set for a day, like the weather, and from my experience it is quite rare that he has Blue Moon

Save in front of the Vending Machine and every 50 cones of the same type reset if you haven't gotten one

 

the vender has a 1% or so chance of spawning it every time you talk to them
