I think Ikaru and Aizen reset 400+ times just to get the item for elekid and magby. Soooo if you really have time to waste then go for it. BTW turtwig is one of the weakest grass types out there so even if it is shiny it is still what i like to call a "polished turd". the shiny ,admant ,speed boost torchic that i saw a while ago was something else. now THATS a pokemon to make a board over you know what im saying?!
