Thx in advance Spoiler Torchic is the reward of a side quest that starts in the room outside Calcenon where the stairs you had to repair are, Snivy is a wild encounter in grass on route 4 only accessible after certain events involving a Hiker who you first find asleep in the 17th Gym Town Link to post Share on other sites
