So I was checking out the shelter for any new possible quests and Guess who I see!?

If anyone knows what quest this is and how to do it, I'd love to be pushed in the right directions.

This isn't E18 spoilers, it was also present in E17 and possibly earlier,as Abyss reaper said, it's part of the Zorua Quest, given he is here you have already seen him at his Gym at some point so he should appear at the final location now.

 

If you wanna know where he is next and dont want a mere hint
