[SPOILERS - E18] Pokedex sidequest

I'm having trouble with the sidequest in Agate City where a woman named Bee asks to see my Pokedex. She tells me "let me copy this information real fast", and then... nothing. When I talk to her again, she just repeats the same dialogue. What am I missing here?

Its a known bug. She's supposed to give you a reward and then ask for a hundred more Pokemon until you reach 732.

There is, and I'm trying to find it again, but don't remember where I got it.
