It's possible, but with requirements that specific, you're drawing up some seriously low odds.

First, you have a 30% (early game) or 25% (late game) chance of even getting a combee in the first place.

Then, you need it to also hit a mere 12.5% chance of it being a female.

Finally, it also needs to land on Reborn's 700/65535 (slightly less than 1%) chance of being shiny.

So, yeah, it's possible, but you're going to be there a while. And heavens forbid you're also looking for top-notch IVs on the little princess...

I mean, you catch a normal one and breed for your desired result- at least that way, you bypass the base encounter rate. Ultimately, though, shiny hunting isn't supposed to be easy all the time- that's why it's called a hunt, I believe.

The shiny chance is the same for all pokemon in this game, at least as far as the overworld is concerned. It's likely that your numbers are a little bit inflated, since one usually spends more time in the tall grass than bashing against trees, but ultimately it just comes down to luck. Perseverance is key!

Hello

Can  shiny female Combee be found  at opal ward ? Thanks in advance ^^ .

It would be easier to try and breed one after finding a female one to breed with, it would probably take less time

To add to Starry's post, it'll be better if you have Speed Breed mod (which I'm the unofficial recommender by now lol) it shouldn't take as long, though it will require patience especially if you don't have shiny charm.
