USUM move tutors haven't been implemented yet, so all the tutors are based off what was in ORAS. Since Alolan Exeggutor is a gen 7 pokemon, and Sun and Moon didn't have any move tutors (outside the basic ones), its data is not in the game yet. They'll be added in E18 I want to say Swords Dance isn't available yet, but I'm not 100% sure Link to post Share on other sites
