You can plant the tree again later so it shouldn't have any negative effects.
Walpurgis Posted March 18, 2018 Posted March 18, 2018 I'm guessing route 2 changes, but the change is not effective yet since you are supposed to be locked in GDC.

murloc_rampage Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Yeah, once you cut it down, there's a weird factory but I don't recommend going in and exiting it from the front because it might get you stuck like it did me.

Meecus Posted March 19, 2018 Posted March 19, 2018 Go back in time and cut the tree. Go back and than go to route 2. go into the building and collect the notes. Go back into the past and plant the tree. Go back to route 2 and go along the top path where you cut by Amethyst Cave. You will see a guy who is trying to study Flabebe but he does not have his notes. Give him back his notes and he will leave, thus allowing you to catch 3 Flabebe.
