Why the Difference?

Why does the site look significantly different when logged in VS logged out?

In my case, it looks like the bottom picture whether I'm logged in or out

I believe there is a way to changes these settings somewhere, I just don't know where off the top of my head.

 

 

Edit: @DreamblitzX  there is a theme option at the bottom.  The bottom image is on 'bravery' (default) theme while the top is animated theme
