Well, i did a new run in E17, but in E16, Blake is supposed to give us the Shiny Charm if we say no to every his request at his apartment in Ametrine City. But i did say all no in E17, and i didn't get the charm. Is it a bug or is it moved to somewhere else?

It was never given by Blake, you find it upstairs in Eclipses house in Calcelnon, but only if you said no to all of Blakes requests
