find early game ground pokemon in ep 17

so, i am doing a mono ground run and the orocorio of julia is to powerful to my turtwig, where do i find other ground type pokemons?

@theagente00g You can get wormadam Sand.Apparently it can solo Julia's team.

 

@Candy The numel event is after Julia.It was always raining in my save and I found it after beating Julia.
