So, I found that you have to get the stolen Pokemon back to their owners for an award which I believe is the Mega Ring, if I don't have those very specific purchased stolen Pokemon,can I still complete the quest?

So, here's what I'm stuck at

 

- Jigglypuff/Loudred girl wants something to help her sleep

- Can't find the Vanillite person

 

I need guidance.

@MaXtreme  Then focus on Makuhita girl; she is the key.  

 

Ice cream is last, so don't bother.  Though pay attention to the mother's dialouge in Lapis
