Spoiler That "Egg" Is actually a mega stone, I'm not sure how to get the item however, I've tried using Blizzard on the Mountain field, maybe you need hail instead? That allows you to jump between stones that are more than one space apart. There is a mega stone, but there's also an egg (Rowlet) in the northeast corner.
