Shuyin178 Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 Something that has bothered me for awhile, why is Cal's Magmortar able to use Blast Burn on the Pulse Camerupt when it can't even learn Blast Burn? I feel like it should be changed to Fire Blast or Overheat instead because it doesn't seem right to have it on a non-starter Pokemon.
