Alistair 705 Posted August 6, 2017 Share Posted August 6, 2017 The Skull Fossil can't be obtained from a circus puzzle, only from mining glowing rocks. You could try softresetting in front of a rock until you get it. Alternatively, someone could trade you a Cranidos... I don't have any, sorry.
