Im afraid armaldo's pokedex color is gray so armaldo doesnt work with first one.

Eevee, gastly and dratini are ready, unfortunately I cannot teach gastly sludge bomb because it doesnt exist in game  and it cannot learn sludge wave via TM.

Sludge wave gengar is an event pokemon so you have to let that go :/

 

As for spare metal coat, I unfortunately dont have any to trade. 

 

As for scyther and Onix,
