HUEnd Posted April 15, 2017 Share Posted April 15, 2017 You can easily catch a Magnemite inside Yureyu Abandoned Power Plant (Shade's Gym). Has pretty bad IV's (only good are Sp.Atk and Sp.Def at 28 and 29), but it is a female and i've bred Encore on it... Edit: Oops, sorry, just noticed you want 4-5 IV mons.
