So in the little mansion before going into goldenleaf town i had the book that lets you read these statues and one of the maids told me about the Fifth captive  I found her but she showed weird ice crap anyways who is this weird chick and why is she impersonating elsa

She's a later character with the same ice powers and almost the same appearance and name (which is Angie as already said). Mentioning anything else about her would be spoilers.

From memory her name is mentioned to be Anju, and her existence adds a whole bunch of interesting depth and theorising potential to the church of theolia faction which is awesome but it also does my head in sometimes.
