slowpoke in episode 16!

hello,

 

i try to find slowpoke in route 4 by fishing, but i cant find it

 

 

the "optainable list" says that slowpoke is avaiable.

you can get it by using super rod in the waterfall area

Maybe slowpoke has a low encounter rate.

Are their any requirements to get on the steps of the waterfall on route 4?

Finished E16 but can't seem to do it, maybe I have to do the Absol event before?

No worries, I figured that much but the picture helped! I was a bit dumb and stood on the wrong stone (the one right in front of the waterfall) and it didn't let me use my rod from there or the very edge!

It's working now, but I did the Absol event anyways as I don't have much to do apart from it!

It's the Route 4 Waterfall, right after you've left Amethyst Cave/LCCC (where you fought Aster/Eclipse for the last time), where you can find the event Absol (Ame's Absol). Slowpoke has a very low encounter rate, so you should pay a lot of attention and don't miss those fishes! Took me like 25+ encounters to find one.
