Looking for new pokemon

So I finished all the main story events in episode 16 and I was wondering if there are some pokemon I should train up (and where to find them) that I could swap out with current members of my team from time to time for gym battles etc. Or just ones I should completely swap out.

 

My active team right now only consists of 5 pokemon.

Ampharos

Noivern

Gardevoir

Seismitoad

(if someone is willing to trade me some pokemon that I may want to use I would greatly appreciate it due to the exp boost the pokemon would get)

There is a guide that tells you how to find all the available pokemons, but it is only updated until episode 15 content. For the rest try checking the table of obtainable pokemon.

 

I'd personally recommend trading the Seismitoad for a Swampert. You can find Mudkip as a part of a sidequest that involves diving around underwater cities and finding keys for houses.

Maybe get a typing that can cover another pokemons weakness, surprised you were able to complete the episode with just 5 pokemon

I'd recommend a Steel type, because you're not covered for Fairy and Psychic types
