Tech Glasses are found in the Aventurine Woods but it requires a lot of set up to finally get it. There are many videos online on how to get it

I believe the Fairy_tale field notes you get from the Lass in coral ward for answering her quiz correctly(may be wrong)

You get the PULSE Muk note somewhere in the Blacksteam Factory (the place you fought it). If you're already back to the new Reborn City, you can't get it anymore (I think).
