Scraggy Event Issues

Having trouble with the scraggy event thats been around me for a while since i dont know what to do, and i think i havent completed the event fully because the pokedex claims i havent obtained it yet

This is what happens when we speed through the game text. We miss the clues.

 

In any case, there are two "buttons" on the wall to push immediately above the two Scraggy. No save editing necessary!
