Spoiler When you get the chance, you need to upgrade the obsidia slums from the grand hall, which will give you what you need to start this adventure. But that seems a little high, as we can't actually own more than 999999 in cash at a time, and I don't think people need to do it in seperate payments... Maybe you misread? Anyway, the money you get from battling rebattleable trainers in the grand hall has gone way up. It's now about 30000, so is shouldn't take too long to get the money.
