10TH floor sticker

I want to know where can the 10th floor sticker can be found, I'm on the hunt for the ingredients of the restaurant and need the custap berry that can be bought in the 10th floor

(If anyone wants to tell me where I can find the shoal salt and the sweet heart I would appreciate)

You can find Shoal Salt on a certain grounds in the Celes(something) Mountain.

You only need 9 stickers to get to the 10th floor, I believe. You can use this guide to see which sticker you don't have.

I both checked this guide and the dept. store. The 10th floor doesn't show up. Sigh, I guess I will have to go back to my worst nightmare to find it: Adventurine woods

The forest next to Jasper, it's toward the ned of the forest. Did we need it for something important? Cause I sold mine for 2k........

You need it for the sidequest at the restaurant. You need a Balm Mushroom along with various other items
