[Solved] Where does this passage go and how do I access it?

I was wandering around Byxbysion Wasteland and I found this passage behind the vacant house but I can't access it.

Is there some way to pass through it or it's currently still unavailable on E15? What's inside?

I think you need to beat aya first to go there as for whats inside i forgot

Not too far from here there's another entrance to the upper level. There you can push a boulder in a hole to fall on these rocks blocking the path.

It is a part of a 'hidden path' later on, that leads to a 'secret area' with a surprise...

you will need Strength to make it through his path.

I'm not telling what lies there, because I for one still value the secrets of the game to newer players

(but some other people actually might tell you...)

I'm just gonna go ahead and tell you that it has something to do with Magneton. But there's more to it.

That hidden area actually holds quite some secrets.. Make sure to re-visit Tanzan Mountain before you enter Agate City after getting through Iolia Valley and obtaining the Crystal Plug. Look around for a bit and I'm sure you'll find the secret.

Well no duh, there is literally a hole in the wall and the only thing blocking the hole is this pile of rocks.

Reborn City is screwed beyond belief.
