LeonVermillion Posted August 4, 2016 Share Posted August 4, 2016 okay first of all, hurray for first post! okay let's get down to business First Impression: if you think the game is dark just because your character's introduction to the region is almost killed by bomb, you haven't seen anything, despair, death and anything are common here, pokemon also scarce so you you have to deal with what you have for the first few gym, for those who love to send money, be wary... until at some point of the game, you won't getting lots of em. Love the Field effect, they made me realize I can't just plow my way through. Some of the Character: I found them to be very interesting in their own way. Cain is one hell of a fabulous guy and yet he could still swept my team if I was not being careful enough. Victoria probably could give me a hard time... if half of my pokemon somehow could counter her. the orphanage kids are also interesting. those Meteor team are one clever group, blaming on earthquake for their scheme and everyone believe that. and for Cal, I wasn't been able to forgive the guy for what he did on the Pyrous mountain... that is until I met Blake, you will hate the guy almost as much as Fern or probably hate them equally. El was confusing but that's okay... I think. All in all if you manage to make a character that you could love and a chracter that you could hate, you're one amazing person to manage to creater such character Gym: the gym oh god THE GYM! They all are very hard, except Julia (before you ask, no,I'm not using Kricketune and Goldeen) and Shelly (Flame Burst ftw), Shade (well... Scrafty make the battle very easy), Ciel (I'll explain later), Terra. Charlotte, Florinia and maybe Shade was probably the only gym I had to resort adding member outside of my current team (pacham for Florinia, Bronzong for Charlotte, and Scrafty for Shade. For Scrafty case, It become a member of my team until at some point where I change it to Gardevoir). All of the field effect are on the Gym Leader side, so you might want to deal with it very quickly now for the team I used: 1. Greninja, up until I could manage to get decent move for this guy, he was not the main powerhouse of the team. 2. Noivern... Dragging him until from level 8 was terrible, and when evolve, he manage to become the team's powerhouse alongside with Greninja (after he got some decent move) 3. Arcanine... 1/3 of my team are the baby of the bunch, I have to drag her until she learn Outrage and Flare Blitz, but whe finally learn them, she become an absolute beast (Close Combat also in his moveset) 4. Leavanny, this guy help me alot, for a pokemon with 2 4x weakness and 4 2x weakness, he still manage to become the main powerhouse. too bad, Greninja and Noivern got stronger 5. Ampharos, I don't have any plan on adding him, but I change my mind, along with Leavanny was probably my strongest pokemon. too bad he also suffer the same falling behind... probably because I haven't been able to use this guy on it's fullest potential 6. Gardevoir... no comment for this one since I only add her recently, but all I could say that, she was quite helpful with Terra and Ciel honorable mention Bronzong, Pancham, Pidgeotto and Scrafty Memorable Moment: well more like funniest moment for me... Ciel is down to her Talonflame who's health is on red and has ran out of hyper potion, while I still have noivern who's health is on yellow and Leavanny who is still healthy. So decide to turn Leavanny as a dummy mon so that I could heal Noivern. what happen next is... Talonflame use Flare Blitz on my healthy Leavanny and fainted alongside with Leavanny tl;dr the game is awesome, can't wait for the episode 16. and sorry for the bad english... not my first language.
