0 Ironbound
On an unrelated note, those are horrible moves really, but yes, as of now there's no way to get 'em.
0 Fumble
they're not as terrible when shift mode is on tbh, easy kills and switchessame with hyper beam / giga impact, although those could be slightly better due to pixilate and refridgerateI wouldn't expect base 150 power moves to be available to us at this point of the game, even if they have drawbacks
0 Samalet
Mmh, Serperior has Contrary Leaf Storm though and Blaziken can single handedly wreck 90% of the game, so giving the less powerful starters (cough cough Meganium) a few boons wouldn't be bad. Also "this point of the game"? Episode 15 ends with a Lvl 85 cap, at this point in the game some of the starters are actually dead weight.
0 Garnet.
ok but while giving meganium a boon youre leaving serp open to a +2/4/6 frenzy plant,, and whatever drawback it is meganium gets it too i dont see how giving frenzy plant now is good also even in vanilla pokemon games, you dont get it til late, and in fire red you get it endgame idk where to get it in emerald, i know dppt you get it endgame and gen 5 you get it endgame so its not really much of a surprise
0 Bessi
but those moves are not that good.mostly are used as a last resort move when the using pokemon is going to be defeated the next move.the recharge turn is not so good
0 Fumble
Again, as I've said before, the recharge doesn't matter when people play with shift on and can switch out after killing something with one of those moves, along with Hyper Beam and Giga Impact... While I can understand making them available so that weaker starters can use them, as Spade said, that also means the stronger starters can use them. Serperior and Blaziken might not be able to make the most of them, due to them relying on setting up, while physical Pokemon like Torterra would prefer other moves, starters like Greninja and Infernape could easily use them to kill something and switch. oh, and ik that the ultimate moves are post game in D/P/Pt too
