Do you guys mind the IV's of captured pokemon?

No, not really. Most of my Pokemon's IVs are decent anyway and in the end, since they can't actively detract from your potential like natures do I don't really bother with it much in regards to breeding & catching. Only if it's really, extremely bad (like all/most IVs are less than 10 or something)
