Squirtle isn't showing up. It's raining, I've talked to that guy in the building that he wants you to catch the squirtle, and I go to the place, and I'm alone.

Event is triggered for sure, but unless something happened between episode 14 and 15 where the process changed... idk.

actually, im pretty sure its suposed to be a clear weather...

so see if it appears on a clear weather! it should work

I could've sworn it had to be rainy... isn't that how the event triggers?

To talk to the scientist to start the event, it must be raining. However, to find Squirtle, it must be clear.
