This was written by Vinnysome dude: "Hello Reborn Community, and welcome to the EV Training Guide! If you want your pokémon to reach it's maximum potential, then this guide is for you! Here you will find the encounter rate of pokémons in all areas of the game, along with levels and most importantly, the EV yield values for each pokémon.
But VinnySimon, what are EV's?
Yes, I'm aware you don't know. That's why I'm here, to teach you what you don't know~
EVs (Effort Values) is a feature that influences the stat points of your pokémon everytime it receives experience points. They are what ensures that trainer pokémons are stronger than pokémons in the wild, even if they are the same level. EVs makes more of a difference when your pokémons are at a higher level, but they do affect lower level pokémons as well.
At Level 100, a Pokémon with 0 IVs and Neutral Nature, will have an extra 63 stat points on a stat with 252 EVs.
What, do you need to go more in-depth? Well, why don't you check this link here
and stop bothering me
And now that you know all of this information, all you need to do is get out there and train!
Happy training!!!
