I am hunting for a heliolisk to fill the electric spot and planning to breed my noibats so what is a physical move set for a noviern? First of all, Noivern CAN'T run Physhical, he has no moves for it, so catch one with 31 IV in SpA. Its physical attack is base 70 and special attack is base 95, so no reason to do that. I personally like Dragalge way more than Noivern since it actually lives attacks. Now for movesets. I'm only going to do movesets for pokemon that I think are good. If you're thinking of EV training I'll put EVs in too. If you're willing to breed here you go.
