You'd have a 1/18 chance of getting it from here, and you can't even soft reset to get one, since the data is created the minute you pick a starter. So, if you don't get one, oh well. If you started playing before E15, you'll always get an Azurill. Luckily, people have been changing save files so that your Azurill is replaced by a Mystery Egg Pokemon, but only if you haven't gotten too far ingame. If you want, look around! After saving all the Police Officers and getting your Growlithe (make sure it's female so you don't have to wait for a Ditto to breed), one of them wants a Growlithe Egg. If you trade him one, you get a Mystery Egg, which can be one of 18 different really good Pokemon. Quote
