Okay, so everyone remembers the [color=#8b4513]ML[/color] right? That promising league named after a very infuriating ground move, the [color=#8b4513]Magnitude League[/color]. Well that kinda… failed. I’m not exactly sure why, I wasn’t here for that part but what I do know is that I plan on reviving the[color=#8b4513] ML[/color], with a new name and a twist. Of course, just like [color=#8b4513]ML[/color] the [color=#ff0000]EU[/color] will be hosted on the reborn server, but will not conflict with Reborn’s own league. The new name is [color=#ff0000]Embers[/color] [color=#800080]Union[/color],[s] not to be confused with Izaya Orihara’s claim that[color=#ff0000] E[/color][color=#800080]U[/color] stands for European Union… not sure where that came from exactly but Izaya is an odd one if you know him.[/s] The twist however I’m sure hasn’t been attempted on Reborn. Maybe not ever, who knows. The twist, which is a requirement for every team, is that you must have one [color=#ff0000]fire[/color] type on your team, instead of a wildcard. I will assign evaluators [s](if this league even gets started up)[/s] to check teams, and if its exceptional, said team may be allowed a wildcard in ADDITION to the required fire type. This team must then be re-evaluated after the addition to the wildcard and must do as,[s] or even more exceptional than before,[/s] and said team will automatically be one of the later leaders. The twist is unique because it forces competitors to keep at least one pokemon dedicated to be able to take care of [color=#ff0000]fire[/color] pokemon, which leaves one slot less for competitors to take care of the whole team, which is sometimes needed, so battles should be interesting. If the league gets enough attention and submissions, it shall start once we have eight leaders, starting with the first eight submissions. Allow me to express some details. 1. The ML collapsed in late July because of Member dissaperance 2. I like the idea, but at this point, I dont see this going into action anytime soon. 3. Though this is just one of my opinions, I think one of the reasons that might have promted the massive restart was because there were[i] too many leagues[/i] here and the people running them simply did not have the time to spare the attention needed. If you want to try to start something like this, I would wait until things have settled down. I dont want the ladder of what has happened to start again. If this can get going im going to assign a couple regulars to help with management, in case I have a problem with internet of computers or out of town... we will also keep copies of each team so if that happens to other leaders as well, we can have fillers.
