If im not wrong you can. EV resetting berries are at the 8th floor of the Obsidia Dept Store, but i dont think there are enough Dept store stickers to reach that level yet.

Right, apart from the fact that you can reach them iirc

Don't remember the floor though.

Or, if you don't wanna spend money (not like there's anything else to buy though), you can just go to the day-care and make a new version of whatever you want, along with maybe some good moves too.

Yus! The berries are in one of the upper floors in the dept. Store in Obsidia ward, but u'll need some tickets in order to get there, they're not that hard to get, but you can't do it early in the game

8th floor for the EV Berries. They reduce an EV stat by 10 each.
You could also breed and train it from scratch. Less money but more time. Then again time is gold, and gold is money.

They are up in the 8th floor of the obsidia department store. I suggest that you buy a few of each and use route 1 berry patches to plant some and water. Basically gorw your own berries. This game is so good for ev training and if you mess up, just reset those evs.

You can certainly get to the 8th floor in a legit manner, but it requires you to get every sticker prior to the agate city checkpoint, so the earliest you can get to that floor is just before the 8th gym.

Well, if the stat is above 100, it sets it to 100 for the first berry no matter how high it is, other than that, this is correct.

Nope not anymore. From Gen V and onwards all EV Reducing Berries reduce a static 10EVs per berry.
