'good') if you add new content to a topic that's not been closed off, but hasn't been active in a while. Otherwise, it's not really accepted as a good practice, and you can get warned if you do so. Check the 'community rules' on the left bar (under your profile pic) for more information. Since you're still new, you might get off without warning points.
