They're all in the Penthouse of the Department Store, which we won't get to until the E4 in all likelihood.

Lefties used to be available through Wild Munchlax, but that was removed. The only possible way to get it currently is through a Pickup Team. Pickup Table has the current Pickup Table.

Otherwise, you'll have to wait like Jeri said.

leftovers are lvl 91-100 of the pickup table and its very rare. We won't be getting the other items for a long while.

I haven't actually played E14 yet, but isn't there a Munchlax trade? Can't those hold Lefties?

There is, but I believe you can only get the Lefties from a Wild Munchlax. I haven't tried to see if it can though..
