(Still getting use to forums) When I decided to breed my Azumarill in Reborn City, I realized that the checkpoint connecting Agate Circus to Route 1 was blocked by two guards telling me to wait til the crisis was over. I backtrack to Calcenon City and look every for an alternate route, but found nothing so now I am restricted to the circus and onwards. If you leave from the Circus side through the checkpoint and it is raining, the rain will still be going inside the building. I guess Agate's has a low city code for building buildings.
