Yes, but Roserade, Lilligant, Chesnaught etc. does that role much better. Yes, Whimsicott does have an amazing movepool on the offensive part but it just doesn't play that role well at all. IMO get Roserade with the breed moves: Leaf Storm, Sleep Powder and Sludge Bomb. It will do work.... Link to post Share on other sites
